I'll recommend when i feel the company has some stand out feature or has the capability of making a breakthrough in a segment. For example - Nothing Innovative design, clean UI, robust updates, clear vision

Only when it is just effortless or very beneficial, whenever I’ve gotten huge cashbacks or discounts I’ve told it to my friends too

a good referral program can encourage me to try out a new product/service initially. But I only end up actively promoting it if I have a positive personal experience with it after using it for some time.

For me, I'm much more likely to genuinely recommend something to others if I find it truly valuable and useful, rather than being motivated by referral rewards or incentives. Money taints the authenticity in my opinion
