A college degree prepares you to withstand the pressures of a job Like juggling your life,exams,events etc. Gives you management skills but if somebody has these inherent skills then getting a job without a degree shouldn't be very difficult

Yeah. Even graduation from top universities like MIT, IIT and IIITs are of no use. He'll just set your graduation degree aside and will ask what he has to offer to the company?

The problem here is don't study for a job. And if you are studying only for getting a job then go only for Govt Jobs. My suggestion to everyone who is in their UG is not to rely on placements. Build your own company. 4 years can do miracles. Even if you are scoring 10 CGPA it's worth nothing if you are not having enough skills. By the way who am I to say this? I am an Nitian ,have been waited 6 months for my campus placement offer letter, laid off even before joining 😂. So my opinion is IITs or IIms don't have a value but people have and the impact they can create isn't bound to any university.

I agree 💯 company just lay off the employee and keep new employees with new skill where old people like us suppose to do 🤔

I think no degree matters now.. Only you need is skills + strong Network.

Yes , because companies have a system to hire graduates , skills matter but , there are only some skilled people who are naturally talented from childhood, they don't need degrees. For normal intelligence people they should need degree
