Niket Raj Dwivedi there are many creators making great content on medial without premium. Since having a premium subscription is a criteria to win the creator program, how about offering a 1-month free premium? Experiencing premium content could encourage them to consider renewing it. This can be a better way to spend on Customer Retention Costs.

To experience premium content from other creators you don’t need to be a premium user. You can read all creators’ content for free. We believe our pricing and the value and opportunity it provides are quite fair.z

This might affect revenue for a month but You can start a month free Premium to all members of medial full February and The remaining validity and Autopay of existing customers can be resumed after February ends. this won't even affect the premium members thinking of partialty and will convert few non premium members to premium for sure.
