Spending to Aquire customer is good but you will have to eventually stop. Making profit is the actual goal of a business. So expanding very fast without profits should be done when you have a great support from the VCs or have an existing business

Wo hi toh ! When ever new players enter the Market the giants suddenly give better features or something to destroy them. But if you think broadly indigo did nothing wrong as it wants it's sales to grow. Akasa could do something different example: some person would be upgraded to business class from economy class for free, this is expensive but similar could be done to attact new customers. Basically the diffentiater/USP

True. Indigo did nothing wrong. Well akasa is a super low cost airline so they don't have business class 😅. Tho their seats are comfortable then all the airlines. Which is their usp as their price's are less than others but more comfortable. Well Today they have 24 planes with 700 crore revenue and 750 crore loss (😅)
