How are you going to do this though? Doing this will require advance satellite technologies ehich big companies havr not been able to make till now.. at least in India. Wifi needs connectivity through wires.. so thats too not a possibility.

I'm not sure how this gonna happen without wired Internet networks for now but Leveraging satellite-based internet can provide extensive coverage and reliable connectivity.
