Hey folks, Seeking honest advice from the tech community here. I'm a 31 yr old management consultant trying to transition into the tech industry. I'm here to seek suggestion on 1. What are the type of jobs role can I transition to? Something that is technical than management. 2. What stream should I attempt pursuing which isn't overcrowded? Software Development? Cybersecurity? Artificial intelligence? Immersive technologies? Any other? Honest advice please. What is the possibility? I'm trying to rebuild my life in the stream which I've always found interesting. PS: I'm willing to commit 6 months to a 1 year to build my skills. No issues with restarting my life from scratch. Thanks in advance.

I think you should learn about AI. And you are a mgt consultant. Hence, it may little beat difficult to learn those skills. In my opinion, you trying to learn about prompt engineering, it might be a future in this field.
