For me OLX is just an app full of scams , and majority of Indian didn't trust on OLX , so I can get benefit of this and secondly my app will be dedicated for this purpose only , where all local store can find thier staff

You can charge small job guarantee fees after getting the job from the employee. Employees will pay only when they will get job.100-300rs maximum

Same as job apps nothing different they are Also getting profits from same revenue source and they also try to getting more jobs Posting for their apps. You're targeting only shop owners so it's not sustainable . If you have good investment and you're able to burn for long term growth like other apps then go for it to make it sustainable.
