It is a problem I often see Bill bords,poster of job posting Of this kind. But, According to me u can't build an app for that and hope to work, Ur Tam is very nesh U have advertise via poster,bill board in an attractive manner, Bcz ur Tam r the person who uses keyboardphone.

Definitely something that would work in tier 2-3-4 and beyond. Whoever executes this can make a super fine business currently

Yess hyperlocal jobs are absolutely ignored not realising we can also onboard supermarkets as they don’t have a very streamlined process to hire workers/staffs/helpers. Especially beyond urban India.

Don't you think you can do the same using Facebook ads by using geo targeting. How will you compete with the like likes of Facebook?

99% industry is referal driven. Jobs like these can only be occupied by existing worker's relative or friend which in their circle because trust factor matters alot.

1. Most of the small retail stores don't trust outside people. They rather keep their nephews, children or maybe theri neighbourhood people. So it's mostly not for them 2. Medium range general stores need them but already there are some low range job acquisition apps are there. Else they just go for some colleges. 3. High range dmart kinda retail stores uses naukri, even LinkedIn for this. The problem is you make this app but the people who wanted to work for this may even not have a mobile or not even have the knowledge. If they have knowledge why would they even work for this cheap labour. So I would say this will never work. The costs you will have to enter people into your app makes the whole difference. If even they came they won't pay you anything. This will never work tough
