1. Most of the small retail stores don't trust outside people. They rather keep their nephews, children or maybe theri neighbourhood people. So it's mostly not for them 2. Medium range general stores need them but already there are some low range job acquisition apps are there. Else they just go for some colleges. 3. High range dmart kinda retail stores uses naukri, even LinkedIn for this. The problem is you make this app but the people who wanted to work for this may even not have a mobile or not even have the knowledge. If they have knowledge why would they even work for this cheap labour. So I would say this will never work. The costs you will have to enter people into your app makes the whole difference. If even they came they won't pay you anything. This will never work tough
