Let me tell you guys, A chain smoker will definitely face to break the chain because subconsciously, they know that it's going to be a painful experience to reach towards no smoke zone. Once they are over completely, they won't touch it again. But for an occasional smoker, it could be easier for them to stop it. But real problem occurs when they smoke again just for that 'tasalli' that.. 'Come on, it's just one! Won't harm!!' It's a big trap guys, don't fall into it. I wouls love to heard your PoV about quitting smoking and I'll share you further updates when you actually cut off it!
