Restaurant bussiness is in bubble right now for those who think 🤔 it is profitable and best roi business, they are completely wrong especially if you are dependent on online orders via Swiggy Zomato Investing crores of money in building/infrastructure and expecting same from customer is just stupid , while customer are just want cheaper and tasty options in market ( in general and not premium customers ) Increased prices and commissions and hafta by police making it unviable in tier 1 cities If you have own land then no issues but in case you are renting the place, you can be on verge of shutting down in 6 months if you don't have that differentiator from other restaurants. In short better invest in commercial properties for sustainable growth and roi #opinion

Who told you that you're gonna investing carores in restaurant?? 🤔 I've seen my cousin doing good business out of it without investing carores. Things to consider for successful restaurant business, - location - ambiance - food - high chef retention ratio - good customer care ( from welcoming them to their exit )
