As you mentioned earlier in other countries they implemented this in restaurants and not in cafes. Eventually people spend more in restaurants than Cafe. Premium coffee--like Starbucks-- ek coffee ke picked 40-50rs hi kamata hai. But in restaurants margin high hota hai. 50% average. So it eventually becomes affordable
