I'm a finance graduate, having 2 years for experience in fund performance reporting ( Investment banking) of US clients. Now i switched to second company, but don't have confidence on finance sector that it will fullfill my dreams and work satisfaction. Can anyone suggest ?

You can switch domain from FP reporting to Portfolio management, no need to switch sector. PMS is a promising & more incentives oriented with decent fixed pay. That's my pov.
