Correct me if I'm wrong - your platform is a bridge between companies with labour and builder not for individual labour and builder?? Who's your Target audience this model works with people who wants to build a home without any contact with construction industry. Won't work with already established builders

The idea is good. But lot of homework has to be done. I suggest to think about one stop platform - labours, materials consultants etc. Construction company works on credit basis making money on this is difficult
