Hello sir, thank you for your insights. 1. Regarding the revenue model, to be honest I have no idea where I could generate revenue on this idea. But on discussion with my friends I had a picture of doing it in this way: You being a company gng to close a contract with the builder I have suggested so the revenue for this idea is based on contract basis. Let’s say the builder is closing contract at 49lakhs, since we the platform made this contract to get done at that price we are going to charge on this contract closure basis which is gng to be our revenue. 2. Training labourers - Sir, tbh when Uber, Rapido, Ola had arrived have ever seen an auto driver with smartphone before these gigs entered into the market? But eventually drivers made a habit of learning on self basis or campaign Connection basis (Ex: Uber connections, a bike with a banner stands to connect people who want to start bike services right!) which we can see on road even today.
