Hi Vasant There is a platform on similar line. My POV is definitely TAM is very small. But what's is the revenue model, if it is pre - paid model as in contractor / labour has to pay to get the contacts - very difficult to survive because labour can't affor and contractor doesn't want to pay. Next biggest block - training the labourers to use the app - smartphone and basic education is important, this will be very difficult to get the labours on board. Since most of the labours are daily waged they definitely can't afford a days loss for training and interaction. One more concern for the contractor - loyalty, what if the labour leave the work halfway owing to better opportunity, how will your take responsibility on that, will there be a clause or aggreement on the same? Also most of the labours will be working with single builder/contactor - bringing out from there is a pain Also I don't see recurring business, once labour/contractor gets the contact they won't come back again
