I have done my college project on this. We can do it by sound tracking system. Through the noise we can detect how many cars are passing by and their respective speeds as well. This means we can do a digital twin on the road. This can better notify the local traffic police about the traffic before time on real time predictions. We can also use piezoelectric sensors for the power supply as well. But I currently don’t know how to apply this technology to the next level. Need some startups to work on this.😊
