I'm planning to build app which detects & block spam calls & if any spam call got missed & able to reach user will pay x amount to user & will put certain min amount to withdraw & min time user has to spend on app daily.

Firstly Truecaller have biggest data in this field even they are not maximize their potential to stop these things how you guys can stop it and so many apps have same tech in this field if they have 100% cure then why they are not advertising
