Building disruptive, venture scalable business models in mental health is the most unsexy thing ever. 1/ Stigma. 2/ Lack of awareness. 3/ Hesitation to be open. 4/ Privacy concerns. 5/ Retention is easy, acquisition is a challenge. And customer LTV might not justify the costs. 6/ Have to add other offerings say - health, fitness, nutrition. Brings branding challenges as the ones who need this the most might want exclusive representation. 7/ To go B2C/ B2B2C / B2B or a mix of everything? Ensuring inclusivity? A good solution I see is to build filtered, anonymous micro communities with a designated moderator. /Question then is - what can these communities achieve to make it worth the business's time and efforts to ensure - 1/ New signups, 2/ Recurring Revenue, 3/ New streamsof income?
