Can you validate the idea without building an app? Probably all you need is to build a community. There are open source discussion forums, you can set up in a day or two, let girls use it. Once you get enough validation and people using it, invest time building something that's actually needed. Cause you don't know what features actually make sense now. And core features seems to be anonymous and discussion - discussion forum solves both.
