Start researching about fabrics one fabric i can suggest you is Hemp . Hemp is a versatile fabric it has insulating properties and is 8times stronger than cotton . It is quite sustainable and doesnt shrink or loses it shape like cotton . After every wash the fabric gets soft . Definitely a market you can get into.
