Great for consumers But the challenge in here is to build trust. You can have physical stores from where medicines are delivered by 10 min. You can obviously use dark store model, with your company owned medical representatives and doctors who will be the prime face of your brand I will send LinkedIn request. Even groceries are not needed urgently but there's companies running in losses go ahead there are really good margin in medicine in some cases store will pay the delivery charges

There would be really less number of cases where some one needs medicine right now, one scenario I can think is for acidity - eno. Most medicine by nature do not have an immediate impact on well being of a person. So looks like there no PMF, but you can explore which cases need immediate assistance and can cater to that

Your thought is good but just let's live analyse it a bit. If you order food on Zomato or snacks on zepto you have a urge till it arrive. And those are daily needs. Now let's take the example of medicines delivery system. Most of the people who use medication uses it after approaching a doctor or so. Just after they consulted a doctor they will come out and buy medicines outside the medical shop. Now let's see a headache. Will people order something like zandubalm online where the min order is 50rs? Will they order paracetamol online? I am not saying this thing wrong but just let's examine the situation. If this has to succeed you need a large network. Normally doctors advise patients to buy in a certain pharma. So, your first priority should be doctors and is this idea feasible? Can you generate profits? By the end of the day it's your choice and you need a good strategy. Don't lose it just because I said something negative. Live in day tight compartments and all the best.

Not to be negative but most medicine people don’t need in 10 minutes and that people need in Immediately cannot be delivered In 10 minutes.

Yes it's necessary, why not. Create a market.

I would suggest minimum order value should be 50rs because then people would not be bothered about the delivery fee or delivery fee should be 10 RS per order because I see people often don't like to spend on delivery charges

Most of the medical shops provide home delivery in 10 minutes but the medical shops are unorganised so I suggest you may go ahead with it

Blinkit is already providing some of the common medicines. For other medicines a prescription will be required and other regulatory permissions.

Average order size will be less in this. People will only order if they need it in emergency and that too only that medicine which they need it now,if there is no medical emergency and they can wait couple of hours then they will purchase it by there own. And in a lifetime of a human being this type of emergency occurs very often as they keep medicine in advance.

THIS IS PURELY MY OPINION, I MIGHT BE WRONG : Only few medicines you can deliver through your service like Paracetamol and few others, because medicine is something you only receive after showing your doctors prescription. Your model is quick commerce that too on MEDICINES. That means people will order only in emergency situations and medicines that are required in emergency situations are mostly prescribed ones.

One night my dad ran out of diabetes meds. We had to spend 2 hours walking 10-15 km to find the meds since no shop in the area had one. At the end my dad said "why isn't there a 10 min medicine delivery app?"

10 mins medicine delivery is better idea than 10mins grocery delivery which gonna never be profitable in my opinion as India has alot of unorganised segments in grocery, But coming to delevery of medicine you will face new challenges like even educated persons can't order medicine online because it's complicated like they don't understand doctors prescription,they may get confused by the power of the capsules,brands and so on,and I think people in India still trust in person communication when it comes to medicine,they don't wanna take risk,and financially also it is becoming difficult to survive in the market because everyone is offering up to 20% discount. And stop being in the rat race of 10mins,even if you deliver medicine in 30 mins or 1 hour it doesn't make much difference except in case of emergency,so don't be part of 10mins rat race and try to find out true challenges in this field and solve them.
