10 mins medicine delivery is better idea than 10mins grocery delivery which gonna never be profitable in my opinion as India has alot of unorganised segments in grocery, But coming to delevery of medicine you will face new challenges like even educated persons can't order medicine online because it's complicated like they don't understand doctors prescription,they may get confused by the power of the capsules,brands and so on,and I think people in India still trust in person communication when it comes to medicine,they don't wanna take risk,and financially also it is becoming difficult to survive in the market because everyone is offering up to 20% discount. And stop being in the rat race of 10mins,even if you deliver medicine in 30 mins or 1 hour it doesn't make much difference except in case of emergency,so don't be part of 10mins rat race and try to find out true challenges in this field and solve them.
