Zapto is not profitable till now but starting from this month it introduced platform fees just to sustain,big minds ashneer,etc has also predicted that its not sustainable. According to me it may work in tire1 city's after huge burn, u can bearly become profitable. In other tier people prefer going to near medical shop[fast n costeffective]
