Building a product from nothing itself is a complexity. You have to find the right people, you need to get access to right amount of funds from right people, and there are problems of competition, regulatory compliances, scaling and growth as well (

Clean UI would be my goal and i was thinking to only add stocks which are tested with t+0 delivery. So startbwith about 25. And that will be the nieche.

Good, better UI will work. But i don't see the differentiation factor here. Maybe you should play with brokerage for acquiring customers and easy to use UI for retention. Correct me if I'm wrong. So, T+0 settlement is introduced by SEBI for 25 stocks across all trading platforms right? So, if anyone can offer it how is it your differentiation? And if you are just sticking to the 25 stocks, does people download and install it, provided the fact that they can do this with other brokers as welll?
