💡 Idea - 1 - hot air balloon ride 2 - hot air balloon advertisement See in India hot air balloon is the biggest fun ride for the family people and adventurous people . My idea is that I will implement 2-3 balloon in high foot fall parks and alsob set in adventure places all over the India . I will charge 149rs per ride and I will also charge from companies who want to advertise their company on my ballons so from that I will get more revenue . Implementing - 100 balloons Ballon capacity - 4 people's Charging - 149 Daily lowest estimated customer - 50 Revenue - 7.5lakh per day Advertisement revenue - 2.5 lakh Total - 10lakh per day Lowest Yearly revenue 30-50cr Net profit - 25% Now tell me what's the problem ?

What I think is air balloon ride is now only done by middle class or lower middle class families for the enjoyment and an activity at that tourist place... Advertisement would play important role as only affordable products would have sales or may be recognition but big brands won't have their eye... Plz give me your pov

Think about goa's motar boat same model.its a low Investment business if it will run good 100s of other locals will do this and you or your employees are not able to grab a single customers from them .

1. Helium balloon is cheap option available. 2. You have to choose bloon flying location carefully ( good sightseeing & most probably it's out side of city) 3. Vison issue
