How Will We Make Profit? I understand that theory and real-life execution can be different โ but here is a basic practical calculation to show how this business can be profitable: Example Calculation (Per 100 km Ride): 1. Average Ambulance Fare (for 100 km): โน4,000 โ โน6,000 Letโs assume: โน4,000 minimum. 2. Fuel Consumption: Force Ambulance Mileage = 10 km per litre Diesel required for 100 km = 10 litres Diesel Price = โน98/litre Total Fuel Cost = โน980 3. If We Charge โน25/km: Total Charge = โน25 x 100 = โน2,500 (lower than the market rate) 4. Profit Calculation: Total Revenue (from user) = โน2,500 Minus Fuel = โน980 Remaining = โน1,520 5. Our App Commission: If we charge 30% (25% app + 5% others) = โน456 Driver earns = โน1,064 per 100 km ride Monthly Projection: If 1,00,000 rides per month are completed (not very difficult if scaled across multiple cities): Total Revenue = โน456 x 1,00,000 = โน4.56 Crore/month
