How Will We Make Profit? I understand that theory and real-life execution can be different — but here is a basic practical calculation to show how this business can be profitable: Example Calculation (Per 100 km Ride): 1. Average Ambulance Fare (for 100 km): ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 Let’s assume: ₹4,000 minimum. 2. Fuel Consumption: Force Ambulance Mileage = 10 km per litre Diesel required for 100 km = 10 litres Diesel Price = ₹98/litre Total Fuel Cost = ₹980 3. If We Charge ₹25/km: Total Charge = ₹25 x 100 = ₹2,500 (lower than the market rate) 4. Profit Calculation: Total Revenue (from user) = ₹2,500 Minus Fuel = ₹980 Remaining = ₹1,520 5. Our App Commission: If we charge 30% (25% app + 5% others) = ₹456 Driver earns = ₹1,064 per 100 km ride Monthly Projection: If 1,00,000 rides per month are completed (not very difficult if scaled across multiple cities): Total Revenue = ₹456 x 1,00,000 = ₹4.56 Crore/month
