1) ads can be blocked by using third party 2) recommendations will be perfects when the app have lots of user data , and for new one , it's not possible 3) yess , interface can be a field but thats not enough 4) hmm this is also good but not a solid

Rather than finding a solid reason for the switch, we can make something similar to YouTube by improving on just small points in the beginning.

The problem is that , social media works on network effect , if we fails to onboard maximum audience then we are going to fail badly , we should have to give some very good peark to the audience also we have to provide the same convinence as they were getting ok yt , this requires heavy upfront investment
