6 Tips on Being a Successful Entrepreneur In John Mullins’ TED talk, he describes six such mindsets that successful entrepreneurs use. These mindsets include Saying “Yes, we can” instead of sticking only to what you know or your core competencies. Focusing on problems first, not products—solving real pain points rather than just making new features or variations. Thinking narrow, not broad—building something for a very specific, small group instead of aiming for the whole market right away. Asking for cash and riding the float—using creative ways to get funding or cash flow early (e.g., pre-selling before building). Beg, borrow, but don’t steal—leveraging other people’s resources rather than always building or buying everything. Acting without always asking for permission—sometimes, just getting on with things rather than waiting for official approval.

I am at Nagpur for few days, came from Mumbai. Surprised to see many auto drivers asking for cash instead of UPI. HP Gas Agency also asked for cash. Same goes for few vegetable vendors too. Is this common at tier 2 cities?
