Asking for cash and riding the float—using creative ways to get funding or cash flow early (e.g., pre-selling before building). Beg, borrow, but don’t steal—leveraging other people’s resources rather than always building or buying everything. Acting without always asking for permission—sometimes, just getting on with things rather than waiting for official approval.
