That’s true! I think it boils down to how and what we want to consume and need to be mindful of its usage. Some things that have helped me: 1. Have only one account with limited friends and only follow those whose content is worthy for you. 2. Uninstall/deactivate whenever you go off limits with usage 3. Restrict your usage to just once or twice a day and fix the timings for it. With this it helps one to consume content without going overboard
