Start thinking in a 2 dimensional way if you want to build two things, it’s great that you’re trying! Firstly try to understand from the retailers perspective, instead of telling yourself how great your idea is, think why it could fail. That’s it. Expand your horizon. Dont be Rigid to any opinion. Retailers don’t need another marketing firm ripping off their margins, so don’t chase after that. Think what you can build around ONDC which might boost their reach.
