yes bro. in our college my senior also create startup on same concept, work 1-2 months on it, received order . but problem when they goes to raise funds no one shows interest in this because in this business very difficult to sustain and make profit.

It most depends on the what size of business the shopkeeper is running and who are their customers I mean educated or not. For example if particular kirana store is located in the area where salaried employee are living. So it's possible for particular shopkeeper to service like social, Google ads, newspaper etc. and the last if we discuss about delivery service than in present time there some online market players who is capturing the FMCG items home delivery market. But if the small shopkeeper brings some thing new in there service than definitely it will generate profit.

When you look at these SMB markets these are low ticket value areas. It depends upon what use case you are solving for them it should usually be under these two: 1. Cost cutting 2. Revenue generation
