If you are going solo. It's better to franchise. This will helps you expand all across the country

if you are solo, you will need to work upon franchise model. more than technology you will have to refine your business model. your idea is great but you will need hands to expand it. franchise can help you in expansion, minimising cost, advertisement etc. secondly if you don't get any profit out of your first 20 franchisors, it's still a gain. trust me it's a gain

1. if you build will they pay? Test it and iterate the plan not the idea. 2. for each delivery, check the costs involved and what people pay, if Pay > Cost. it's a jackpot.

This market is a capital game. so unless you are sure you have expertise to get funds better drop the idea. This problem is already getting solved by majorly Swiggy , zomato, zepto etc etc which are bleeding money. So, Are you really sure you can do something here?

How will you sell and manage the prices... now a days prices of daily essentials are changing everyday... nd how will you pay for the delivery guy... nd do u think people in rural areas are gonna pay for goods delivery... and if they are willing to pay then why will the shopkeeper themself not keep a guy for delivery in locality I think u have to think over it again.

but there is already huge competition in this sector such as blinkit and instamart, zepto are already there how will you compete them

how will you earn from this? and how will you manage all the cyclists in number of village cause many villages don't even have baisic phone connection?

Try studying Dunzo and Wheelocity , they work on the same ideology, I think if u refer their case study it would be much helpful for you to understand the market and build your own action plan and model.

That's a great idea. Scare the shopkeeper by showing Q commerce.If they won't start then they should shut down

firstly connect with all the local shops you know then just survey the needs of people and build a team that will help you to deliver orders after that run a campaign about spreding awareness in village make your webpage that costomer should always remain connected with you and shopkeeper build strong supply chain that's it
