Do you think about the retailers at all? When you’re thinking about something like this? Or is it just that only cause you know how to make it, and you thought about it. There are more than 15million plus retailers, growing, howtf will so much ads and all sabka kaise ad chalayega bhai? The NO. 1 problem with INDIAN retailers mindset is adoption. On the other hand ONDC, by marketing itself, and giving those local shops a platform a delivery guy, it solves 80% of their awareness problem.

A company isn't something you force. You build a product, launch it, gather feedback - and if it solves a real problem, the company naturally happens.
