Ihave thought about it. we can put a custom fitted condom ring which is reusable. Only the latex part can be one time use and replaceable. Put a chip on the ring part, every time you pump. There is a counter - that keeps track of it. like how long was the last session, how many pumps.. etc etc..that gets uploaded somewhere, like a strava app. Where people using that brand can make accounts. And of course these people are going to be okay to talk about it. and make it exclusive.. like a waiting time to acquire that ring. Indians love premium products that they can show off. Also Indians love LED, we can put LEDs on the custom rings. They can post picture of theirs wearing it and get likes.. It is bound to be a super hit.. Indian guys and showing off their dicks... How can it not?

I have a startup called 'feraiya technology private limited', we are manufacturer of UPI & iot based condom vending machine. When we start this startup we was thinking that we will provide the solution to people, by make condoms easy eccesible, Currently we have 5 machine installed in surat,and they have mix response as view of sale, we want to do install more machine at different locations to study market. But unfortunately we can't do due to financial problems. We was done deal with mankind Pharma to install 5 machines in surat, deal procedure take long time, around 5 months. But they not do final it. And last they are cancel it. Now we are struggling to scale our buisness, we are good intachnology and we are make very well functioning machine, but facing issue on sale & marketing , we are not good at sale & marketing. So please suggest if anyone have good idea to scale our business, or want to work with us by give some contribution to scale it

Super expensive condoms Eg, 5000 per condom...apple like unboxing experience. Why should the super rich settle for mass products?.....create an experience with toys and kamastura pose recomendations, etc. Ads can be Guys showing off their condom packets to women, along side their Lamborghini to signal affluence.

Only things Indians love more than sex is social validation. Link their condom usage to something social media and put a like button on that. And them watch Indians.. But first you gotta make it "okay to talk about it"

I think its a highly commoditized segment, like where would you bring in any new product specialization, all kinds of innovation that could be bought is, is already there. If you can offer some complementary goods alongside condoms, like personal hygiene products, kink play products, it should be easier for you to capture the market. Apart from mankind pharma, kamasutra brand is also there, but condom is not the only product they cater to. They even have deodrants.

The fear of not 100% tearproof is one of the concerns, crack this problem and you can play the marketing over this positioning.

Tough to market due to taboo Indian mindset

Would need quite a lot of capital.

It's monopoly market for now , and I don't think there is a space for innovation or something new in this sector . But still , open for more information about it
