An Associate Consultant here with almost 2 years of work experience. Current in hand is 65k pm targetting a monthly in hand of 80k pm. What are the possible courses of action I can follow to do with within 2 months?
I get what you’re trying to say but I don’t think 80k is a lot for 2 years of experience provided i started with 56k and with a 10% YOY increment the comp comes out to be 67k anyways and after switching an 18% hike seems more than fair.
