An Associate Consultant here with almost 2 years of work experience. Current in hand is 65k pm targetting a monthly in hand of 80k pm. What are the possible courses of action I can follow to do with within 2 months?
80k+ for two years of experience is a lot of expectation unless you're from a top tier university.
Have you tried applying for a higher pay? What was the response?
Apply as much as you can. The bracket you are looking for is tough but not impossible.
