What do you think about the Govt policy of making equal rates for all hospitals to CGHs rates?? is it fair??

On one hand it's bad for local hospitable which are trying to do good but then if it's proportional then that would give hospitals an excuse to charge customers even more
If 90% People don't say to you that it's a Bad Idea and won't work. Then it actually is a Bad Idea.
