The annual salary is shown as 9 lakh Ctc whereas the actual
Salary gross salary of a month is 60k something. I don’t understand why this is different. It doesn’t add up. The salary slip shows the net salary as 61k. Could one of u explain this to me?
Let me ask you a question
when did you become aware that CTC is just an illusion? - there is no legal definition of CTC and companies can add whatever they want in it. And the only thing that matter to you is the gross salary.
