According to AmbitionBox, the average annual salary for content creators in India is ₹3.9 Lakhs. However, the top 10% of creators on YouTube in India earn around ₹2.9 lakhs per month, and the top 1% make an average of ₹13 lakhs per month So the race is always to come in the top 1% across any field. And as you all know the shelf life of any YouTuber is just 5 years! That's why many big Youtubers are either leaving YouTube or finding other ways to earn money and mainly through starting startups. Many channels are dying and in the near future we will see that more often. In conclusion, starting a YouTube and having a distribution is good, having a startup out of it is even more great but sticking to the concept of content creation for long is not sustainable. What's your view, let's discuss.
