Considering quitting my job and taking a break for 3 months to give time to myself. I don't hate my job but I don't love it either so I want to find what I love and do that instead. Will this effect my resume or career?

I just asking with founder's can did you really need a Website to showcase your Start-up Face and also if website is really matters then why Startups can't hire us if any doubt regarding our services related then ask me I can help you and this is not
When applying to international companies some companies specifically ask whether you will be needing any support for relocation ?
Does answer to this question affect your resume selection ?
Is it a turn off for company if you say yes.
