Considering quitting my job and taking a break for 3 months to give time to myself. I don't hate my job but I don't love it either so I want to find what I love and do that instead. Will this effect my resume or career?
Take a break. You deserve it. Trust yourself. :)
I think you should take up 3 of your fav courses along with it (under your interests) the one you feel like finishing by the end of the three months go for that domain, and experiment 🔬
Doesn’t matter if you can keep up with your skills
Better than being depressed eventually.
Can you ask your company to hire me when you leave? :P
There's an entire movement which is promoting career breaks. Don't worry buddy.
If it's too early in your career then people see it negatively. But if you have 10 years of experience then people understand.
Nobody cares about career breaks if you are good at work.
It does not in startups. What I feel is its the MNC's that grill you on gaps in resumes and they basically want resources instead of humans. If you are young then it's a great time to experiment.
