Considering quitting my job and taking a break for 3 months to give time to myself. I don't hate my job but I don't love it either so I want to find what I love and do that instead. Will this effect my resume or career?

It does not in startups. What I feel is its the MNC's that grill you on gaps in resumes and they basically want resources instead of humans. If you are young then it's a great time to experiment.
