Why play Store/ app store is the best preferable for end consumer businesses: 1. Website would be great for laptop but never for mobiles that too you need to make it scale very great. That you will have many problems or issues to make it greatly responsive on mobiles. 2. Apps are great for retention. If you are a website they uses once and in this fast moving world they forget easily. If it's a app mostly installed apps have vjanwc to be on home screen. And have high chance of people coming back again. 3. Apps are tough there are regulations, payment gateway taxes, playstore taxes and etc. but even though but even though for ease of use, retention companies choose app over website
