Bruh hire an HR. You can't do everything yourself. 1. Hire an HR for recruiting. She will mostly do everything if you pay even mod level salary. 2. hire a personal manager. Choose a finance graduate. He can do all the stuff. You need to pay him well. He can be your managing brain. Where you can think of upgrading your company. If you do all this job you don't have time to lead and make things great. Don't backoff from hiring great people. Trust me this will help you. Btw, even you choose apps to do this stuff.
