what are your thoughts on Diversity & Inclusion (Specifically lgtvxyz)? I personally think it’s an absolutely waste of company resources and just another way for the HR department to justify why they get paid at all. The only diversity should be diversity of skills and the only inclusion should be of competent workforce. How does hiring mentally unstable and confused they/them/xe/xirs help the company thrive? All it does is increase the pantry costs because almond and oat milk is expensive. Thoughts?

Interests off the deep state have taken over the bureaucracy that connects governments and businesses. This is why you will see this more in America, rather than in India. Diversity hiring is not just encouraged, but mandated if businesses want to survive. You do this by introducing policies that tell businesses how to run their business in return for cookies and pastries like tax cuts, crony capitalism and other advantages.

I think it’s mostly namesake (in most of the orgs). Huge organizations do require it in my opinion, as a preemptive measure.
