Diversity inclusion in Education (India vs US) Demand for centralized recruitment and exams is a clear indication of the lack of diversity inclusion in Indian society. People belonging to weaker community sections don't feel included in society. That's why they demand centralized exams/recruitment in India, so that reservation can be executed properly with the help of political power, as their population is really high and India is a democracy. Centralized exams/recruitment are always prone to high error in terms of allocating the right candidate at the right position, especially in a country like India where the population is really high and the selection ratio is quite low. That's why most candidates satisfaction, even after selection, remains low. US solves this problem generally by providing student debt for university education without compromising on tuition fees and enacting strict laws for workplace discrimination.
