Growing market, but niche: Plant-based milks are gaining traction in urban areas, especially among health-conscious and environmentally-aware consumers. However, it's still a niche market compared to traditional dairy in India.

These trends make me wonder hard, did the demand create the supply or did the sudden supply create this demand. 😅

I hate the taste

Good alternatives are always more expensive because the cattle lobbyists don't want new/better/more healthy stuff to be able to compete.

One of the most needed alternative. Most Indians don't even know they are lactose intolerant

Hmm.. also has more amount of estrogen so male footprint is also gonna get reduced rapidly.
