I use the pomodoro method to enforce strict work timings and limit my screen-time. Helps everytime! All of you should try it.

I have tried this, but until we put app locks and what not to make the access to the applications feel frictioned, this technique fails, but give you a pseudo feeling that you had a productive day. But at the end of the when you check your screen time it would have reduced but not that big of a change
