What are some steps do you all guys use to reduce your screentime?

See honestly uninstalling will won't help in long run, coz it might happen u get tempt to some trend and the FOMO takes over then u again download it, so, I would recommend 4 things which I follow and it worked for me: 1. Avoid using mobile immediately 4hrs aft waking up. 2. Not using mobile on bed. 3. Stop using mobile before 1hr to sleep. 4. Priorities ur priorities 1st and select a timeline for social media usage.
